On December 29, 2021, at approximately 3:21 PM, 25-year-old Malcolm Turner was found shot and killed in the 2500 block of Elvans Road, SE, Washington, DC. Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Turner in the hallway of an apartment building, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
