On the evening of July 16, 2022, a report of an unconscious person led officers from the Seventh District to the 1900 block of Anacostia Drive, Southeast, in Washington, D.C. There, at approximately 9:00 PM, they discovered Keonte Broadus-Gallman, a 22-year-old man from Alexandria, Virginia. He was suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
