On September 9, 2022, at approximately 11:40 PM, Keith Allen, aged 40, was tragically shot and killed in the 1300 block of 5th Street, NW, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene following reports of gunfire and discovered Allen suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
