On March 13, 2018, at approximately 11:19 PM, Richard Anthony Banks, aged 47, was tragically shot and killed in the 4300 block of Wheeler Road, SE, Washington, DC. The incident occurred inside a Southeast apartment, where Mr. Banks was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department immediately launched an investigation and sought the public’s assistance in gathering information about the homicide.
