In the early morning hours of May 6, 2014, a promising life was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dylan Salazar, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot while sitting in his pickup truck in the parking lot of the Sportsman Royal Manor Apartments on South Boulder Highway.
