In the late afternoon of February 4, 2016, a burst of gunfire shattered the mundane routine of a Chevron gas station in Las Vegas, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Steven Wayne Spurlin, a 27-year-old White male, was fatally shot near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Westcliff Drive.
