In the evening hours of September 11, 2014, a dispute at a Las Vegas apartment complex tragically escalated, ending the life of 28-year-old DeAngelo Williams. The fatal encounter unfolded at the Sherman Gardens apartment complex, located in the 1700 block of J Street.
According to police reports, Williams was engaged in an argument with a woman when another man intervened, firing a gun multiple times. The assailant fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
Williams, suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso, was rushed to University Medical Center, but he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
