On December 29, 2015, a tragic incident occurred outside a 24 Hour Fitness gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the fatal shooting of 42-year-old Neil Brian Gandler, a resident of Palo Alto, California. Gandler had parked his car at the gym on the evening of the incident and was shot three hours later. The Clark County Coroner's Office confirmed that Gandler died from a gunshot wound to his torso.
