On a Tuesday evening in Las Vegas, a dispute that began over a place in line at a convenience store tragically escalated, ending the life of 49-year-old Patrick Eugene ONeal, a Black/African American male. The incident occurred on November 9, 2021, at a Speedee Mart located at 2980 E. Tropicana Ave. ONeal was fatally shot and later died from a gunshot wound to the torso at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center.
