In Las Vegas, Nevada, a young man's life was tragically cut short on June 18, 2025. Derek Nicholas Siano, a 27-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally wounded in a violent encounter. The incident that led to his death unfolded on South Indios Avenue, leaving a family and community to grapple with the sudden loss.
According to police, an argument preceded the fatal shooting. Siano was reportedly walking away after a heated exchange when he was shot.
The person authorities believe to be responsible, 39-year-old Calvin Beasley Jr., allegedly fled the scene after the incident. Siano was left with fatal injuries in the street.

He was taken into custody by Metro Police and has since been charged with open murder with a deadly weapon in connection with Derek Siano's death.
