Joshua Parmer Billingsley

In the early morning hours of June 28, 2013, the life of 26-year-old Joshua Billingsley was cut short in a hail of bullets on a Baltimore street. The Black male was found at approximately 5:20 a.m. in the 900 block of Bennett Place, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head and chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
