On the evening of April 29, 2015, 31-year-old Carlos Antonio Bugarin was fatally shot while walking home to his apartment complex on North Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responding to reports of gunfire around 9:26 p.m., police discovered Bugarin's body on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
