On the evening of April 29, 2015, 31-year-old Carlos Antonio Bugarin was fatally shot while walking home to his apartment complex on North Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responding to reports of gunfire around 9:26 p.m., police discovered Bugarin's body on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Bugarin, originally from Indio, California, was an only child survived by his mother, Norma. He had been employed at Best Buy in Las Vegas and was ...
