On April 24, 2016, Javarrious Eequinn Brown, a 24-year-old resident of Las Vegas, was found fatally shot in a North Las Vegas home. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Page Street, near North Martin Luther King Boulevard and West Carey Avenue in North Las Vegas. Police responded to a report of gunfire around 12:30 a.m. and found Brown with gunshot wounds at the scene.
