Marlon Porfirio Osorio-Rivera, 51, a Latino man, was found fatally shot just after sunrise on Saturday, August 13, 2016, in a North Las Vegas neighborhood near Stocker Street and East Tonopah Avenue. Officers responding around 6 a.m. discovered him on the ground with a gunshot wound; medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
