In the early morning hours of October 22, 2016, the life of Rayvon Solomon, a 28-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. Having moved from Chicago to escape the violence of his former city, Solomon ironically met a violent end in what was supposed to be a new beginning.
