On November 11, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in North Las Vegas, resulting in the death of 16-year-old Luis Angel Hernandez of Las Vegas. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, around 5:00 a.m., in the 2100 block of Crawford Street, near East Lake Mead Boulevard and Civic Center Drive.

Hernandez was found by North Las Vegas police officers along with two other individuals, a 26-year-old man and an 18-year-old man, all of whom were suffering from gunshot wounds. The ...
