Johnny Wainwright, a 52-year-old resident of Lancaster, California, was tragically shot to death on the night of July 18, 2022. The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. near a residence on the 44200 block of Beech Avenue. Responding deputies from the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station found Wainwright lying unresponsive in the street, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
