In the late afternoon of September 2, 2024, a tragic event unfolded in a northeast Las Vegas apartment that claimed the life of 15-year-old James Lobue Jr., a male who had been reported as a runaway from Bismarck, North Dakota. The incident occurred around 4:42 p.m. inside a condominium complex on Kepler Drive. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene where they discovered James suffering from a gunshot wound in an upstairs apartment. He was rushed to University Medical Center, but tragic ...
