Jerome Armstead, a 34-year-old male whose race or ethnicity is recorded in public case files as unknown, was fatally shot at an apartment complex in south Phoenix, Arizona. Late one night, around 10:45 p.m., Phoenix police officers were dispatched to a report of gunfire in the area of 4400 South 28th Street.
