In the early morning hours of September 12, 2020, the life of 42-year-old Agustin Bustamante was tragically cut short. A Hispanic male, Bustamante was standing on the balcony of his room at a Super 8 Motel located near Interstate 17 and Northern Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m., and the assailant fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.
