In the early morning hours of August 22, 2021, a violent encounter in Phoenix, Arizona, claimed the life of 27-year-old Dallas Summers, a White male. The fatal incident unfolded around 5 a.m. near the Radisson Hotel at the intersection of 44th Street and Van Buren Street. Phoenix police were dispatched to the scene following a 911 call reporting a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered two men with gunshot wounds.
