Carlos Arellano-Longares, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was one of four victims in a quadruple shooting at the Cypress Ridge Apartments in northwest Harris County. The incident occurred late at night when several males, including the victims, were seen arguing before the shooting broke out.
