In the early morning hours of January 16, 2020, the life of 21-year-old Luc Alan Amed Treadwell, a male, came to a violent end in a quiet residential neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona. Responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle around 7:30 a.m., police discovered Treadwell deceased inside a grey Dodge Charger near 26th Street and Shea Boulevard.
