Manuel Castro-Garcia, a 19-year-old from Phoenix, Arizona, was fatally shot on June 10, 2016. The incident occurred when Castro-Garcia was in his car in front of a friend's house near 65th Avenue and Coronado Road in west Phoenix. According to police, a dark sedan stopped next to him, and an argument ensued between Castro-Garcia and the suspect, followed by the firing of shots.
