Following the shooting, a dark blue or black compact SUV, believed to be a model from the years
2000-2010, was seen leaving the area. The vehicle was reportedly occupied by several individuals. Despite the ongoing investigation by Phoenix police, no arrests have been made, and the suspect or suspects remain at large. Joseph, the oldest of four siblings, was remembered by his family as a kind and compassionate person with a warm and gentle smile.
