Andre William Ahern, a 68-year-old man, died on September 4, 2015, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was the owner of Ahern & Associates, a business located at 1702 E Highland Avenue, where the incident occurred.

Ahern's death was the result of a homicide that took place in the parking garage of his office building.
