In the early evening of February 5, 2019, a dispute in a Las Vegas apartment complex parking lot turned deadly, claiming the life of 30-year-old Shane Pacada. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. at the Mosaic Apartments located at 6355 S. Riley St.. Pacada, a resident of the complex, and a co-worker became involved in an argument with another man who was reportedly blocking the driveway. The confrontation escalated tragically when the man produced a firearm and opened fire.
