In the late hours of a Monday evening in Las Vegas, on July 10, 2023, the life of Tevin Moore, a 28-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short. At approximately 10:30 p.m., the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the central part of the city.
