On September 15, 2019, a tragic incident occurred at an apartment complex in Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Twayne Allen Jr. The incident began at approximately 10:04 a.m. when Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to the 5000 block of Lindell Road to investigate reports of gunfire.
