On March 28, 2020, Charles Vailes Jr., a 20-year-old rapper from North Las Vegas, Nevada, who went by the stage name Luccy2x, was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred at a gas station near Lake Mead Boulevard and Losee Road. Vailes was a passenger in a vehicle when the shooting took place. According to prosecutors, the vehicle was targeted by Jcahoyl Ducksworth, who had been driven to the area by Kalin Qualls.
