Jarvis Perryman, 20, male, spent the first minutes of July 3, 2025 walking with friends through Euclid Beach Park on Cleveland’s lakefront when an encounter turned violent. Around 12:35–12:40 a.m., a man approached, words were exchanged, and the man pulled a handgun from a backpack and opened fire.
