In the quiet of a North Las Vegas evening on April 25, 2022, the life of 50-year-old Billy Joe Howard, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. At approximately 9:27 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the peace on the 2600 block of Chamberlain Lane, near the intersection of West Carey Avenue and Simmons Street.
