In the summer of 2022, the life of 15-year-old Marcello Santos, a Hispanic/Latino male, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the evening of July 13th, police discovered a heartbreaking scene inside a home in the 3800 block of Via Lucia Drive. Young Marcello and his 37-year-old mother, Marcella Scott, were both found deceased.

Investigators from the Metropolitan Police Department quickly determined the incident to be a murder-suicide. The Clark County coroner's office confirme ...
