Death by Force

On September 23, 1978, Denver Police Department officers were responding to a call near 21st and Larimer Streets when they heard gunshots. Upon investigating, they discovered the body of 31-year-old Owen Snorgrass in the 1300 block of 21st Street. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
