Erick Alexander Perez, a 20-year-old male from Lake Charles, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2013. According to reports, Erick accidentally shot himself with a .22-caliber revolver he had recently purchased. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. in front of a witness.
