Dorian Tyrell Colston, a 21-year-old African American male from Lake Charles, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2018. The incident occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. when the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 90 and Jones Road in Lake Charles. Upon arrival, troopers observed people attempting to render aid to Dorian Colston, who was the driver of the car. It was determined that Colston had been shot multiple times.
