Joshua Touchet, a 24-year-old male from Lake Charles, LA, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2017. The incident occurred at the Twelve Palms RV Park on Broad Street, where Joshua was found with a gunshot wound. Despite being immediately transferred to Memorial Hospital for treatment, he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
