Terren L. Zeno, a 24-year-old African American male from Lake Charles, LA, was found deceased inside a residence on October 4, 2017. The initial investigation revealed that Zeno had been involved in a verbal altercation over the phone with the resident of the house on E. Opelousas Street prior to the shooting.
