Jaylyn Citizen, a 10-year-old boy from Lake Charles, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2017. Jaylyn was shot and killed in a shooting incident on North Shattuck Street. The incident also left his 17-year-old brother injured. Jaylyn Citizen was identified as the victim, and his death sent shockwaves through the community.
