Howard C. Jones, a 34-year-old black male from Lake Charles, Louisiana, was tragically killed in a shooting on December 21, 2018. The incident occurred around 12:43 a.m. in the 3400 block of Polk Street. Upon arrival, officers from the Lake Charles Police Department found Jones with numerous gunshot wounds.
