In the Highlands neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, a short walk to the grocery store on a Sunday evening turned into a tragedy for 48-year-old Bradley Kottke. On March 18, 2018, at the intersection of 25th Street and Grove Street, just two blocks from his home, Mr. Kottke, a male, was shot multiple times in a seemingly random and senseless act of violence.
