On July 28, 1993, a tragic incident occurred in Denver, Colorado, which remains an unsolved homicide to this date. Louis Roth III, a 43-year-old white male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside his vehicle, which had crashed into a yard at the intersection of East Montview Boulevard and Niagara Street.
