Death by Force

On June 5, 1977, 38-year-old Darrell Olaf Gustaf Fedde was fatally shot near his residence at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and Bellaire Street in Denver, Colorado. In the early hours of that Sunday, several residents were disturbed by persistent noise from a vehicle on their typically quiet street. Mr. Fedde exited his home to confront the driver causing the disturbance. During this confrontation, the unidentified driver shot Mr. Fedde and immediately fled the scene in the vehicle.
