In the autumn of 2013, a life was tragically cut short in Denver, Colorado. Luis Adame-Luevanos, a 19-year-old male, was involved in an altercation at a 7-Eleven convenience store located at 105 N. Knox Court on October 3, 2013. The dispute escalated dramatically when a suspect pulled out a gun and shot Adame-Luevanos. He succumbed to his injuries from the gunshot wound.
