In the summer of 2011, a senseless act of violence cut short the life of 16-year-old Aaron William Fix, a Caucasian male, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. On the evening of July 27th, Aaron, his 19-year-old brother Wayne Fix, and their friend Austin Howse were victims of a triple shooting on Mira Loma Circle. The tragic event was the result of a road rage incident, a brief moment of anger that escalated into a devastating loss for three families and the wider community.
