In the late hours of a Tuesday in Colorado Springs, the life of 26-year-old Shelley Dorsey, a white female, was tragically cut short. On March 24, 2015, Dorsey was sitting in her car at the Mountain Country Estates Apartments in the 100 block of South Academy Boulevard when an unknown assailant fired a gun, fatally wounding her.
