A young man's life was tragically cut short in the early morning hours of January 25, 2025, in a violent encounter in Colorado Springs. Raymond Lee Padilla, a 21-year-old male, was found deceased in the parking lot of an apartment complex situated in the 800 block of South Union Boulevard, near Memorial Park. The initial call to authorities was for shots fired, and upon their arrival, a grim discovery was made.
