A young man's life was tragically cut short in the early morning hours of January 25, 2025, in a violent encounter in Colorado Springs. Raymond Lee Padilla, a 21-year-old male, was found deceased in the parking lot of an apartment complex situated in the 800 block of South Union Boulevard, near Memorial Park.
