On a tragic day in June of 2022, 44-year-old Melody Dwan Horton of El Paso County, Colorado, lost her life. Her death, which occurred on June 24, 2022, was the result of a homicide. An autopsy was later performed by the El Paso County Coroner's Office to officially determine the cause and manner of her death.
