In the early morning hours of September 1, 2024, a chilling 911 call pierced the quiet of Colorado Springs, Colorado. On the other end of the line, a man's voice confessed to the murder of his wife, Jian Chan. The caller, later identified as 80-year-old Stephen Chan, then disconnected, leaving authorities to trace the call to the vicinity of Walsen Road in unincorporated El Paso County.
