In what began as a minor traffic incident escalated into a fatal encounter for 35-year-old Jeanette Wince of Colorado Springs. On the night of Saturday, June 10, 2023, officers were alerted to a traffic crash in the 800 block of North Academy Boulevard around 10:57 p.m.. Upon their arrival, they discovered a female, later identified as Wince, unconscious inside her vehicle.
